We represent businesses in toxic tort litigation. Toxic tort cases can be difficult to manage and costs can escalate quickly without an efficient and focused litigation strategy. We work with clients to develop and implement such strategies, with the goal of developing effective factual and legal defenses and resolving mass tort claims as expeditiously as possible. For cases that cannot be resolved early in the litigation process, we work with other outside counsel for the client in “virtual defense teams” to prepare cases for trial.
