Rob Hailey has extensive experience litigating a broad range of commercial and real estate disputes, and currently represents clients in business, nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, general liability, and insurance coverage litigation in both state and federal courts. For the last three years, Mr. Hailey has served as lead outside counsel for a number of nursing home, assisted living, and long-term care facilities located in Texas. Mr. Hailey has first-chair experience in all phases of litigation, including jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals. He has tried more than ten cases to verdict but is also known for finding creative solutions to client problems outside of the courtroom.

Before joining Russell & Wright in January 2011, Mr. Hailey was a shareholder in the commercial litigation section of a large Texas law firm and co-chair of that firm’s pro bono committee. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and Pepperdine University Law Associates.   Mr. Hailey also serves his community and is on the board of Readers 2 Leaders, a non-profit reading advocacy organization serving the West Dallas community.  Mr. Hailey was recognized in 2011 as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters service.

Mr. Hailey and his wife live in Las Colinas with their two children.
